Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and Elchin Suleymanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, paid a visit to the family of Bilal Khanlar Ganbarov, a martyr of the 44-day Patriotic War.
Bilal Ganbarov, who volunteered for the Patriotic War, was martyred during military operations for the liberation of Shusha. In recognition of his bravery and heroism, he was posthumously awarded several state honours by President Ilham Aliyev, including the “For the Motherland” Medal, the “Brave Warrior” Medal, the “For the Liberation of Fuzuli” Medal, and the “For the Liberation of Shusha” Medal.
The meeting, held in memory of the fallen hero, highlighted Ganbarov's unwavering dedication to his homeland and his heroic efforts during the war.
During the visit, officials reaffirmed the government’s ongoing commitment to supporting the families of martyrs and war veterans. As part of the directives from President Ilham Aliyev, Ganbarov’s family has been provided with social benefits and housing by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
The officials reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring continued care and support for the martyr’s family.
