The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs recently held a meeting with newly selected interns.
Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory, briefed the interns on the institution's activities. He emphasized that the Observatory plays a crucial role in analysing labour market trends and social protection policies, providing valuable data to inform decision-making processes. Additionally, Safarli highlighted the organization’s contribution to the development of educational programs and curriculum for future specialists, serving as a training hub for the Ministry.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for the interns to learn about the benefits of their participation in research projects at the Observatory. Their feedback and suggestions were actively welcomed and discussed.
The internship program, which lasts for three months, aims to introduce students and recent graduates to the work environment and corporate culture, while helping to build a potential talent pool for future opportunities.
