He also pointed out the need for higher education institutions to better prepare students for the workforce through practical internship programs and integration into the labour market.
The MoU outlines key areas of cooperation, including the mutual exchange of expertise, joint projects, and the development of students' knowledge and skills. Additionally, both parties will collaborate on research and analysis related to the labour market, particularly focusing on the adaptation of Baku State University graduates to the job market.
As part of the agreement, the institutions will jointly organize conferences, symposiums, and other events. The document also includes provisions for forecasting the demand for in-demand professions and qualifications, as well as the skills and competencies required by the labour market.
