A meeting was recently held between executives of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, and the Educational Student Loan Fund to discuss potential areas of collaboration.
During the meeting, representatives from the National Observatory outlined its key activities, highlighting its role in conducting analysis and preparing projections related to the labour market and social protection. The Observatory plays a crucial role in supporting effective governance decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. It also contributes to the development of specialized training programs and curriculum, serving as a training base for the Ministry.
Officials from the Educational Student Loan Fund also shared an overview of their work, emphasizing the Fund’s mission to increase access to education, promote equal opportunities, and expand educational access through the introduction of student loan programs.
The two organizations discussed several areas for potential cooperation, including identifying high-demand professions in the labour market, organizing training sessions for in-demand specialities, conducting surveys among parents of students benefiting from loans, and other related initiatives aimed at aligning education with labour market needs.
