A key meeting was recently held at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, which operates under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, to unveil the "DOST Inspector" project. The event brought together representatives from the State Labour Inspection Service, Gala Insurance, and Gala Life Insurance.
Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory, provided an overview of the project, emphasizing its crucial role in supporting participants in the labour market. The "DOST Inspector" initiative aims to assess labour relations and human resources within enterprises, while also offering training and consultations to enhance relevant competencies across organizations.
Narmin Mirzayeva, Deputy Chief of the State Labour Inspection Service, highlighted the importance of the project in helping employers comply with labour laws and foster lawful labour relations in their workplaces. She stressed that the project would play a key role in evaluating adherence to labour legislation, ensuring labour protection standards are met, and addressing operational challenges faced by enterprises in implementing the Labour and Employment Subsystem.
The collaboration aims to strengthen the overall framework of labour protection, improve compliance with legal standards, and foster better working environments across various sectors.
