The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs has launched a four-day management training program for executives at the Dost Agency.
On the first day of the training, held at the Observatory's Training and Development Centre, Hasil Abbasov, Deputy Chairman of the National Observatory, introduced the "Goal-Oriented Management" program to the participants. The session featured real-world examples and case studies, along with group work designed to enhance practical learning.
In the following days, participants will also take part in training sessions on "Communication for Effective Leadership" and "Leadership," aimed at strengthening their leadership skills.
The training is designed to help the heads of various structural units at Dost Agency improve their management abilities, enabling them to oversee processes and lead their teams.
