The latest internship program at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs has successfully concluded, with 27 trainees receiving certificates of completion.
Elnur Safarli, the Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory, praised the interns for their active participation and dedication throughout the three-month program. During their tenure, the interns gained hands-on experience in various departments, contributing to tasks such as conducting surveys, analysing research topics, and supporting assessment processes.
The interns expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to develop practical skills, highlighting how the experience would be valuable in advancing their future careers.
The internship program, which aims to introduce students and recent graduates to the workings of corporate environments, is designed to cultivate a pool of future talent in the fields of labour market analysis and social protection.
At the conclusion of the program, each intern received a certificate from their respective mentors.
