The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Western Caspian University to collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing student development and public awareness. The agreement was signed by Elnur Safarli, Deputy Chairman of the National Observatory, and Huseyn Bagirov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Western Caspian University.
At the signing ceremony, Safarli outlined the Observatory's activities and highlighted the planned initiatives under the MoU. He emphasized that the cooperation would include organizing "master classes" and lectures, led by experts from the National Observatory, to provide students with insights into critical national and public issues.
Bagirov, in turn, expressed his appreciation for the Observatory’s work, noting that the partnership would be instrumental in advancing students' understanding of labour market dynamics and social protection. He stressed the importance of joint projects in preparing students for professional challenges.
The MoU aims to facilitate the integration of university graduates into the labour market, improve the analysis of current trends in this field, and promote awareness of key national issues among young people. Additionally, the partnership will support the creation of scientific publications and encourage public participation in relevant sectors.
