As part of the established cooperation framework between the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Centre for Labour and Social Security Training and Research (ÇASGEM) operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Türkiye, the next joint training program has been conducted.
The training, dedicated to the topic “Workplace Behaviour and Protocol Rules”, was organized with the aim of supporting the professional development of the Ministry’s staff and promoting the application of international best practices.
During the session, participants were provided with practical knowledge and guidance on workplace ethics, standards of official conduct, protocol rules in compliance with international standards, as well as culture of communication.
