Members of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population recently visited the family of Mehraj Ahadov, a martyr of the 44-day Patriotic War.
By the orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, Mehraj Ahadov, who was martyred during the military operations for the liberation of the Fuzuli district, was posthumously awarded the medals "For the Motherland", "For the Liberation of Fuzuli.”
During the visit, the officials commemorated Ahadov’s memory, reflecting on his service and dedication to the homeland.
Elnur Safarli, the Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory, inquired about the social condition of the family.
The meeting also highlighted the government’s ongoing commitment to support the families of martyrs and war veterans. In line with the President's directives, Ahadov’s family was assigned social payments and provided with an apartment by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
