The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, has released new findings from its ongoing analysis of the country’s labour market. The latest research, which examined 25,000 job advertisements posted between May 2020 and February 2022, reveals the most sought-after professions in the current job market.
According to the study, financial accounting specialists are the most in-demand, accounting for 17.5% of all job listings. Following closely are positions in marketing and sales, which make up 13.9% of the market. Other high-demand fields include ICT and design (10.3%), retail (9.1%), and supply and logistics (6.2%).
