National Observatory Hosts Meeting with ‘Future Bright’ Company Leadership

A meeting was held at the National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs with Akan Abdula, founder of "Future Bright," Dilara Kısakürek, CEO, and Konul Aliyeva, Country Director for Azerbaijan.                                                 

During the meeting, officials from the National Observatory outlined the institution's key activities, including its work in analysing the labour market, identifying emerging professions and required skills, and conducting surveys to assess informal employment. The Observatory also focuses on addressing the causes and risks associated with informal work and contributes to the development of professional training programs, serving as a training hub for the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.

The discussion also covered the projects currently being implemented by "Future Bright." Both sides explored opportunities for collaboration, focusing on potential joint initiatives.
