The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population held a public hearing in Shirvan on the topic “Studying the Labour Market and Strengthening Human Capital in the Regions.”
The event brought together employers, the representatives of educational institutions, and young job seekers from Salyan, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Neftchala, and Bilasuvar districts.
The participants were briefed on the activities of the National Observatory, global and local labour market trends, employers’ expectations of job applicants, and the impact of career choice on employment opportunities.
Organized in line with the Law on Public Participation, the hearing served as a platform to discuss key issues of the regional labour market and to address participants’ questions.
