The National Observatory cooperates with the European Training Foundation which is the EU's agency supporting countries to improve their vocational education and training systems, analyse skills needs, and develop their labour markets.

In order to improve the institutional capacity of the National Observatory, a mutual agreement was achieved on the organization of trainings for the staff of the institution and their involvement in exchange of knowledge and experience in Europe and an initial roadmap was developed.

The participation of a NO employee in a training course “Career development support in changing labour markets” organized by the European Training Foundation and ITCILO (the International Training Centre of the International Labor Organization (ILO)) was ensured.
