Assessment Center – conducts assessment of labour market. The Centre participates in monitoring, analysis and research in order to effectively use human resources potential and makes proposals regarding curriculum development for the training of specialists, organizes the preparation of projections on demand for priority occupations and qualifications, the necessary skills and competencies.


The activities of the Centre include ensuring the citizen satisfaction with the social services provided, regular analysis of the situation with graduates’ adaptation to the labour market, preparation and implementation of quality assurance mechanisms, and organization of application of relevant international quality standards.


 The Assessment Centre measures the workload of enterprises. The estimation of workload is determined through questionnaires on the daily responsibilities of employees and time spent on tasks. As a result, with special calculation methods, a single index of demand for workers necessary to perform a given job at a given enterprise is identified. Workload estimation serves to increase the efficiency of employees.
