A meeting was held with newly selected interns at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs.
In the meeting, Elnur Safarli, the Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory informed the interns about the activities of the institution. It was stated that the National Observatory conducts analysis and prepares projections on labour market and social protection areas in order to ensure effective governance-related decisions in the said areas. The organization also makes proposals regarding the preparation of specialists and curriculum development and acts in their implementation as a training base of the Ministry.
Trainees actively involved in research conducted by the National Observatory were explained the benefits they would receive during their internship. Their feedback and suggestions were listened to and taken into consideration.
It should be noted that the objective of the internship program is to familiarize students and graduates with the work environment and corporate culture and support the creation of a potential talent pool.
The internship program lasts for three months.
