The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population has started a training course on Social Journalism.
Journalists from 13 media organizations are attending the training lasting from March 13 to 18 organized at the training center of the National Observatory.
In the training sessions, professional and experienced staff working in the ministerial institutions are expected to introduce the attendees to information about the services provided in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection, reforms carried out in these fields, innovations implemented and social goals, and relevant terminology.
The participants will also get feedback and explanation on their questions about the above-mentioned areas.
The aim is to raise the participants’ awareness on the spheres of labour, employment, and social protection, as well as to increase the level of professionalism in these spheres, improve their area of expertise, and establish effective collaboration with the media.
The attendees will be granted certificates at the end of the training course.
