Azerbaijani Delegation Participates in Global Labour Market Conference in Saudi Arabia

A delegation headed by Vusal Nasirli, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan, attended the second edition of the International Labour Market Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The conference, held under the slogan of "The Future of Work," focused on key issues impacting global labour markets, including human capital development and strategies for adapting to a rapidly evolving environment.

Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, delivered a report on the recent labour reforms in Azerbaijan. He also discussed the programs supporting the elderly and answered participants' questions about these initiatives.

During the visit, Safarli met with the management board of the National Labour Observatory under Saudi Arabia's Human Resources Development Fund to explore potential areas of collaboration.
