The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs organized a Consultation Day for students of Azerbaijan University, Baku Business University, and Baku Eurasian University.
During the event, students were provided with detailed insights into the Observatory’s labour market analyses, the latest employment trends, the evolving demands of the modern job world, as well as guidance on career planning and professional development opportunities.
Participants received practical advice on job search techniques, CV preparation, and interview strategies. Questions from students were also answered.
The event was held within the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the National Observatory and the universities. The primary goal of the event was to support students in planning their careers in line with the changing dynamics of the labour market.
