A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Türkiye visited the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan for a meeting focused on strengthening labour market cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the delegation was presented with the results of a survey conducted by the National Observatory, which focused on assessing the state of labour relations and human resources within enterprises. The survey aims to provide valuable insights into the current situation in these areas.
During the session, officials from the General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety of Türkiye's Ministry of Labour and Social Security were briefed on the "DOST Inspector" project. This initiative, a joint effort between the State Labour Inspection Service and the National Observatory, is designed to regulate labour relations in enterprises operating in the country, support their progressive activities, and enhance the corporate environment.
The meeting also highlighted the international recognition of the "DOST Inspector" project. The initiative was recently awarded the "Small Business Awards 2024" by Corporate Vision (UK) and the "Excellence in Innovation-2024" by Global Banking & Finance Review (UK), underscoring its significant impact within a short timeframe.
