The “DOST Mufattish” project of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population was introduced to an additional group of employers from the public and private sectors. The initiative was presented at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs during a recent meeting that included representatives from the State Labour Inspection Service.
This initiative aims to improve labour relations within enterprises nationwide, foster progressive activities, and enhance the corporate environment. Attendees received detailed information about the project, which focuses on reducing administrative liability risks, ensuring compliance with labour laws, organizing effective labour protection measures, and optimizing human resources processes through the "Labour and Employment" subsystem.
At the meeting, it was noted that the "DOST Mufattish" project had received international acclaim, winning the "Small Business Awards 2024" competition held by Corporate Vision in the UK.
The meeting also included extensive discussions on the project's implementation in various enterprises, culminating in the presentation of the project plan to participating institutions.
