Employees of Nakhchivan’s Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population Engage in Training Program by National Observatory

The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population conducted training in general and functional areas for the employees of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The participants were given detailed information about the topics of "Pension security", "MS Excel", "Human resource management", "Presentation skills for effective leadership" and "Presentation skills."

The purpose of the training is to increase the practical knowledge and skills of employees in functional areas and improve effective presentation skills using modern training methods.
