A significant meeting took place at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population. Attended by representatives from the State Labour Inspection Service, Gala Insurance, and Gala Life Insurance, the meeting focused on unveiling the collaborative "DOST Mufattish" project.
Elnur Safarli, the Chairman of the Managing Board of the National Observatory, provided insights into the project's objectives and its pivotal role in supporting labour market participants. The project aims to conduct assessments of labour relations and human resources within enterprises, alongside organizing training and consultations to enhance relevant competencies.
Narmin Mirzayeva, the Deputy Chief of the State Labour Inspection Service, emphasized the project's significance in helping employers adhere to labour legislation and establish lawful labour relations in workplaces. Additionally, Mirzayeva highlighted the project's role in evaluating compliance with labour legislation requirements, ensuring labour protection standards, and addressing operational challenges faced by enterprises in implementing the Labour and Employment Subsystem.
