A memorandum on cooperation was signed between the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The document was signed by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory Elnur Safarli and the Rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics Adalat Muradov.
E. Safarli noted that the National Observatory, which is a think tank in the fields of labor and employment, social protection, plays the role of the Ministry's training base. It was reported that the Observatory, as an analysis and research center, investigates various topics in the social field. Within the framework of the memorandum, it is envisaged to organize "master classes" and lectures in various fields for university students by the managers and specialists of the National Observatory.
A. Muradov pointed out that the experience they will get in the social sphere is necessary for their adaptation to the work environment and their integration into the labor market, and the importance of the cooperation of the higher education institution with the National Observatory.
The memorandum also reflects the adaptation of university graduates to the labor market and joint work in the direction of analysis of the current situation in this field. Also, in the document, the promotion of activities of national and social importance among young people in the relevant field, as well as cooperation in taking measures related to the implementation of the system of public participation in this field, preparation of joint scientific-practical and mass publications, etc. It is intended.
