National Observatory awarded three ISO certifications

In a significant development, the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, has been honoured with three prestigious ISO certifications.

The observatory meticulously underwent evaluations of its activities against the criteria outlined by the following standards:

• ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems – QMS)
• ISO 10015:2019 (Quality Management — Guidelines for Competence Management and People Development)
• ISO 29993:2017 (Learning Services Outside Formal Education — Service Requirements)

After assessments spanning all three areas, the Observatory secured approval for its adherence to these standards.
