The National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs has become the first institution in the South Caucasus to receive the ISO 20252:2019 certification due to its activities in the field of surveys and research.

The National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, proudly announces its compliance with ISO 37001:2016 for Anti-bribery management systems and ISO 20252:2019 for Market, Opinion, and Social Research.

Thus, the National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs has become the first institution in the South Caucasus to receive the ISO 20252:2019 certification due to its activities in the field of surveys and research.

The ISO 20252:2019 standard establishes terms, definitions, and service requirements for service providers conducting market, opinion, and social research, including insights and data analytics.

The ISO 37001:2016 standard specifies requirements and provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, reviewing, and improving an anti-bribery management system. The application of this standard will contribute to the further improvement of the National Observatory’s activities in relevant directions and to the improvement of service quality.
