National Observatory has started management trainings for executives working at Dost Agency

Four-day training sessions have been initiated by the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs for people working in managerial positions at Dost Agency.

On the first day of the training held at the Training and Development Center of the National Observatory, the "Goal-Oriented Management" program was presented to the managers by Hasil Abbasov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the institution. During the training process, real examples and cases were shown, and group work was organized.

In the coming days, training programs on "Communication for Effective Leadership" and "Leadership" will be offered to the training participants.

The aim of the training is to support the heads of structural units to improve their professional management skills and to effectively manage the processes they are responsible for and their subordinates.
