National Observatory Hosts Masterclass on Coach-Like Leadership

The National Observatory organized a masterclass titled “From Power to Trust, Transition to Coach-Like Leadership” for senior management at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and its affiliated institutions.

Led by renowned professional coach Yunus Emre Shenturk, the session focused on enhancing leadership skills, strengthening team performance, and introducing practical ways to adopt a coach-like management approach.

Participants explored strategic approaches to effectively integrate coaching methods into organizational leadership. The event also featured hands-on strategies to optimize teamwork.

The primary goal of the masterclass was to empower senior leaders and managers to develop their leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and adopt a motivational, coaching-based management style.
