The next internship program at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs has ended.
Elnur Safarli, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Observatory, congratulated the interns for their active engagement throughout the program. Over the course of 3 months, the interns gained valuable experience across various departments, including conducting surveys, analyzing research topics, and facilitating assessment process.
Talking about the skills they acquired thanks to the internship program, the interns expressed gratitude for the opportunities provided and emphasized that the practical skills gained here would be useful in their future careers.
At the end, 27 trainees received certificates from their mentors.
It is important to highlight that the primary objective of the internship program initiated by the National Observatory is to familiarize students and graduates with the dynamics of corporate environments and foster the development of a potential talent pool.
