The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population organized a training on "Data Journalism" for media representatives on the occasion of July 22 - National Press Day.
The training, organized at the Training centre of the National Observatory, was attended by investigative reporters from 13 media outlets.
The training covered such topics as ‘Data analytics in journalism’, ‘Data creation and collection’, ‘Statistics: studying true and false data’, ‘Data visualization’, ‘Data analytics for journalism’ and ‘Data history: Data storytelling’.
The aim of the training is to increase the level of professionalism in the area of data journalism of the media representatives covering social sphere.
At the end, the participants were granted certificates.
