Organized by the National Observatory, a training session on “Labour Rights and Legislation” was conducted for the students of Baku State University as part of the “May 18 - June 18 Human Rights Month” initiative.
The training covered key aspects of existing labour legislation, including the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers, the legal framework of labour relations, working conditions, and social protections.
The participants were introduced to practical examples of how legislation is applied in real work environments, and their questions were addressed during the session.
The aim of the training was to provide participants with a deeper understanding of labour rights, legal norms, and their practical implementation, as well as to raise legal awareness and explain the core principles in this area.
