A scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was held with the participation of the National Observatory

With the participation of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues subordinated to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Western Caspian University held a scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
At the conference on the topic "Training of competitive specialists is the main goal of modern education", the great leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, talked about his special concern for the development of education and the training of national personnel, as well as his historical services in this field.
Sannur Aliyev, deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Observatory, doctor of philosophy in economics, "Qualitative analysis of the labor market in Azerbaijan" and Elnara Garibova, chief specialist of the Analysis and Research Department of the National Observatory, made reports on "Migration in the conditions of globalization".
The participants of the conference were also informed about the activities of the institution, researches conducted with the aim of researching the labor market and determining priority professions. The conference continued its work with section meetings in 8 directions.
