A masterclass on "Strategic Approach to Human Resources Management" was held at the Training and Development Centre of the National Observatory for employees of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and its affiliated organizations.

Conducted by professional trainer Nilufar Masimova, the session provided insights into the topics "Creation of Human Resources Strategy and its Integration into Business Strategy", "Key Performance Indicators" and "Modern Trends in the Field of Human Resources".
