The National Observatory has conducted a series of comprehensive trainings for employees of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The sessions covered both functional and general skill areas to support the professional development of the staff.
Participants received in-depth information on key functional topics such as the pension legislation and its practical implementation, procedures for providing targeted social assistance, legal and practical aspects of the adoption process, updates on employment and self-employment programs, functionalities of the "Labour and Employment" subsystem (ƏMAS), and effective use of MS Excel.
In addition to technical training, soft skills development was a major focus. The sessions included strategies and methods for improving citizen satisfaction, stress management in the workplace, and techniques for conflict resolution and management.
The main objective of the training program was to enhance both the technical and soft skills of the employees, improve the quality of public services, and strengthen practical competencies through the use of modern training methods.
