A meeting was recently held at the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan, bringing together employers from the public and private sectors.
The key focus of the meeting was the presentation of the "DOST Inspector" project, a collaborative initiative between the State Labour Inspectorate Service and the National Observatory. The project aims to regulate labour relations, streamline enterprise operations, and foster a more developed corporate environment in Azerbaijan.
During the presentation, employers were provided with detailed information about the project's objectives, its benefits for enterprises, and the rules for implementation. The "DOST Inspector" project is designed to minimize administrative liabilities, ensure compliance with labour laws, promote effective labour protection measures, and optimize human resource processes through the “Labour and Employment” subsystem.
The meeting concluded with a Q&A session, where employers had their questions addressed. Attendees were assured that the project would not only ensure legal compliance but also help improve the working conditions within their organizations.
