Opportunities for cooperation between the National Observatory and Czech National Observatory of Employment and Training were discussed

With the organisation of the European Training Foundation, an online meeting was held between the representatives of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs and the National Observatory of Employment and Training of the Czech Republic. The participants were informed about the activities of Azerbaijan National Observatory. It was stated that the centre conducts analysis and prepares projections in labour market and social protection areas in order to ensure effective governance-related decisions in the said areas. The institution makes proposals regarding the preparation of specialists and curriculum development and acts in their implementation as a training base of the Ministry. Also, the activities of Czech National Observatory and its development path were briefed. It was noted that the establishment collects information on human resources development against the backdrop of socio-economic changes and analyses trends in education and labour market. Furthermore, opportunities for cooperation in various areas such as exchange of experience, projects on reinforcing skills matching system, etc. between the centres were discussed.
