The Baku visit of the delegation led by Elif Gokchearslan, the Chairman of the Center for Labour and Social Security Training and Research (ÇASGEM) under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Türkiye, continues.
The delegation received information about the activities of the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs, under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Hasil Abbasov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory, informed the guests about the Evaluation, Training and Development Centres, as well as Analysis and Research Centre operating within the institution.
It was noted that in order to determine training needs, the Evaluation Center conducts exams.
At the Training and Development Center, guests were given a tour of the training rooms and information about training guidance and programs. It was reported that the centre serves to improve the knowledge and skills of employees by organizing trainings, courses, conferences and consultancy services in accordance with the individual training needs.
Later, the delegation met with the National Observatory's professional team engaged in analysis, research, survey and monitoring. Detailed information was provided about the research topics and results, the survey process and the applied survey technologies.
Elif Gokchearslan stated that she highly appreciates the activities of the National Observatory and their cooperation would be beneficial to both parties.
