Trainers have had a training in the latest trends

The National Observatory is actively engaged in the preparation of the Trainers Pool.

For this purpose, the Deloitte Academy conducted functional training sessions on “Training of Internal Trainers” (TOT) for the instructional team of the Observatory.

Throughout the sessions, participants were immersed in the latest advancements in training methodologies, including Brain Targeted Learning, Big Picture Design, visualization techniques, and the refinement of visual and virtual presentation skills, including proficiency in Power Point. The training also included detailed information about the guidelines for preparing interactive visual, virtual, or hybrid sessions, utilizing tools such as Jamboard, Google Docs, and other online resources. Additionally, a workshop was organized for the attendees.

At the end, the participants were awarded certificates.
